We started this brand 5 years ago with the aim to be the go-to community platform for education, career, and personal development for young people and set out to change narratives & become a positive hub for young people.
The future of brands is in taking proactive action to diversify your consumers & teams. We found that many brands struggle to authentically engage with Black & Minority Ethnic Gen-Z consumers, due to a lack of access to these communities and also due to a lack of representation internally. We want to bridge that gap.
