WOM Research is a service provided to organisations who seek to gain insight into how young people interact with their brand & why.
We use Research techniques to investigate young people’s opinions of your product or services - regardless of whether you have a physical product you’d like to user test before launch or you’d like to find out more about general attitudes we can find the right group of young people to provide you with that information.

We worked closely with actor, Joivan Wade, to deliver his inspirational story to young people & for him to answer some quick-fire questions sent in by young people who regularly view our content.
We saw a huge engagement receiving 250 entries for questions to ask Joivan! We couldn't answer them all but it goes to show how far a content-driven strategy can go when engaging GEN-Z.
